Some food pairings are like a match made in heaven. For instance, wine and cheese. Identifying foods that go well together from a flavour standpoint can be a tasty exercise while others can be odd. Food went on an adventure to see how foodies mix and match their favourite flavours to create an even greater delicious sensation. Here are their weirdest food pairings.

Shelice Richards, 27: Apple and peanut butter, pickles, and caramel.

Nickay Bartley, 26: Noodles in patty

Nateisha Williams, 33: Peanut butter and mustard

Erica McKenzie, 40: Chocolate and cheese

Jaysuree Nagrani, 39: Fries and mustard and fried eggs and ketchup. My dad used to eat Doritos and dip in strawberry yogurt.

Anthonia Atkinson, 19: Curry and cheese.

Doneckia Scarlet, 27: Chicken noodle and Milo (powder).

Raheed Bailey, 22: Porridge and ketchup.

Kareema Gravesande, 22: Guinep, pepper, salt and vinegar.
