As Caribbean Producers Jamaica (CPJ) Limited hopes to bolster the local wine industry, they have partnered with French company Maison Louis Latour to create new opportunities for Jamaicans to enjoy Burgundy wines. At an industry tasting event on Tuesday at the Jamaica Food and Drink Kitchen, Louis Latour representatives alongside CPJ walked stakeholders in the food and drink industry through the importance of understanding wine not just as a product, but as an art-made liquid.
