Chairman of the The West Kingston Commission of Enquiry Sir David Simmonds is apologising to the public for the delays affecting the Enquiry.

Sessions had to be postponed last week as the commissioner was ill.

Sir David says the commission has only met for 25 of the mandated 90 days so far.

He says hearings ahead of the summer break will have to be extended by seven days.
