The Ministry of Justice will be hosting a town hall meeting tomorrow to raise awareness of the amendments made to the Dangerous Drugs Act.

The ministry says the town hall meeting will seek to address the misconceptions held by the public about the law relating to the treatment of ganja and will provide an opportunity for members of the public to ask questions on the controversial subject.

Topics to be discussed include possession of ganja, use of ganja as a sacrament and cultivation for personal and medicinal or therapeutic use.

Presenters will include justice minister Mark Golding
