PNP to introduce Valerie Neita Robertson to supporters in Portland

The Opposition People's National Party (PNP) is expected to officially introduce to supporters prominent attorney Valerie Neita Robertson at its divisional conference for the Buff Bay Division in Portland today.

Neita Robertson is expected to be the PNP's candidate to challenge Member of Parliament for West Portland, the Jamaica Labour Party's Daryl Vaz, at the next general election.

The meeting, slated for the Buff Bay Primary School, is scheduled to start at 4 p.m.

The introduction of Neita Robertson to party supporters in Portland today follows confirmation by the PNP two Saturdays ago that the top criminal defence attorney had expressed an interest in representing it in the West Portland constituency.
