St Elizabeth woman charged with larceny

Detectives assigned to the St Elizabeth Police Division have charged 23- year-old Kadreen Campbell, a customer service representative/cashier of Stephen Run district, Nain, St Elizabeth, following an incident in the parish on Tuesday, September 17.

Reports from the Black River Police are that a business owner received a complaint from a customer and an investigation was launched. It was then discovered that during the period June–September 2024, Campbell, who was an employee, stole funds amounting to $549,438.

The police were notified and Campbell was subsequently arrested and charged with larceny as a servant.

Her court date is to be finalised.
