Hallgrimsson calls 25, including Dujuan Richards, English-based talent

Head coach Heimir Hallgrimsson's first national team squad of 2023 will be a fusion of the best of the Jamaica Premier League as well as promising overseas talent poised to make the switch to represent Jamaica.

Hallgrimsson released his 25-man squad for the two game series against Trinidad and Tobago which starts on Saturday in Montego Bay.

The squad features Cavalier's Collin Anderson and Mount Pleasant's Trivante Stewart, the two top goal scorers in the Jamaica Premier League this season. Dujuan Richards, who wrapped up a trial with premier league outfit Newcastle United gets his first senior call up.

The United Kingdom-based invites include promising talent such as Chelsea's Omari Hutchinson, Wolves’ Dexter Lembikisa and Tyler Roberts, as well as Tottenham Hotspur's Dante Harvey. There is also a return for veteran Adrian Mariappa and the embattled Ravel Morrison.
