Third-year participants of Restaurant Week Smoked Marlin Restaurant had put Hanover on the palatable map with a picturesque view and ranges of robust flavour. According to restaurant manager Dionne Reid, Smoked Marlin Restaurant returns each year because they like to be a part of the excitement.

"With Restaurant Week, diners get to see new places, try new foods, and it's good for us to throw our name in the hat as an incentive so that people can see what we offer here. The scenery is beautiful, the food is amazing so why not? And it's definitely value for money," Reid told Food.

Their jerked calamari is the featured signature dish for the restaurant, since running in September, as well as the highlight of their RW menu. "We do it in an orange reduction, incorporate carrot to give you the fall feel, so you can't help but fall in love with the dish, and we've added a jerk sauce to amplify the spice. So it's different yet great," she added. So, with a choice of dining in the comfort of indoors or indulging in savoury food in the great outdoors 'seaing' enchanting view, take a trip to Smoked Marlin Restaurant for RW 2018. Your taste buds will thank you.
