When will international mail resume?

On March 19, 2020 some outward international mail was suspended and the number of countries further increased on March 23, 2020.

I wanted to send a parcel to my son and daughter-in-law in South Korea, which was refused at the Post Office between these two dates.

Later in the year, on August 4, mail services to United States, Canada, United Kingdom and the Caribbean were resumed. Since then I have repeatedly emailed and left messages on the Facebook pages of Jamaica Post, the Ministry of Science, Energy and Technology, the minister responsible, Office of the Prime Minister and my member of parliament. I have not got a single response from anyone.

I am waiting on the the relevant authorities to please tell us as to when outward international mail will resume. Maybe this letter can elicit a response.
