Edwin Allen student dies in sleep, grief teams visit school

Grief counselling teams visited the Edwin Allen High School in Clarendon this morning to help students cope with the death of a 16-year-old schoolmate on the weekend.
Principal Dr Everton Walters says Anastasia Derby, who was at school on Friday, died later that night at home in her sleep.
A cause of death has not yet been determined.
The principal says the jovial grade 10 student was actively involved in school.
Dr Walters says teams of guidance counsellors from Edwin Allen and neighbouring schools spoke with students today to help them cope with the loss.
